With a capacity of 230 for a reception, 140 theatre or 160 for a seated dinner, we can accommodate a range of event styles. Furthermore, you have the choice to separate the spaces. The Euston Room is perfect for main events when complemented by hospitality and networking in the Stephenson Room and Rooftop Terrace. Benefit from exclusive use of our top floor, giving your event a sense of exclusivity. Likewise, a dedicated cloakroom will provide that final touch. With a choice of 18 contemporary spaces, our meeting rooms can cater for flexible layouts. Choose a room for six boardroom style, a training room for 50 cabaret style or a seminar room for up to 80 theatre. Our meetings rooms are multi-purpose and are equipped with integrated AV including: projector, screen, conference phone and complimentary 1GB WiFi. In addition, most of our rooms benefit from natural daylight but can be blacked-out and dimmed for presentations. At 30 Euston Square we understand that privacy is a must, that’s why all of our rooms are all acoustically sealed. We also recently upgraded our meeting rooms with Barco’s ClickShare, the latest in meeting room technology. Share content easily from mobile, laptop or tablet devices onto our new 75″ screens. Say goodbye to cables and compatibility issues. The rooms stylish design, high ceilings and ergonomic furniture make them comfortable spaces for both hour long and full day meetings. However, if you prefer a more traditional look and feel our suite of 6 charming Heritage Rooms may be more favourable. Book our meeting rooms individually or to support larger events and conferences as breakout spaces. For example, they work well in conjunction with our Auditorium & Exhibition Space or State rooms & Rooftop Terrace.

Cancellation Policy

1. CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
a) If for any reason you cancel the Event after signing the Event Contract by giving us notice in writing, we shall be entitled to retain a percentage of the Expected Price depending on when we receive your notice of cancellation as detailed below:
91 days or more prior to Event - 25% of Expected Price set out in Event Contract (or as varied by subsequent agreement in writing);
61-90 days prior to Event - 50% of Expected Price set out in the Event Contract (or as varied by subsequent agreement in writing);
31-60 days prior to Event - 75% of Expected Price set out in the Event Contract (or as varied by subsequent agreement in writing); and
0-30 days prior to Event - 100% of Expected Price set out in the Event Contract (or as varied by subsequent agreement in writing).
b) Any cancellation fees incurred by us for third party bookings made on behalf of you in relation to the Event (e.g. musicians, lighting, floristry, furniture) shall be payable by you.
