An audio-visual control room provides access to state-of-the-art projection audio visual equipment. Included in the hire of the BP Theatre is the East Foyer, an elegant curved space suitable for registration, refreshments, displays, branding and cloakroom with 248m² of space which can hold between 8-10 exhibition stands. All delegates can be served a standing lunch or drinks reception here for 330, and up to 150 people can enjoy a seated meal. A 'Green Room' is provided for speakers and VIPs which has easy access to the main stage.

East & West Foyers

The foyers extend the aesthetics of the Great Court and are constructed from limestone, providing a clean, sophisticated space in which to impress guests or delegates. They provide a welcome ‘blank canvas’ for clients wishing to brand the space and to exhibit their company or products with elegance and style. These can be hired separately from the theatre spaces. When hiring the adjacent theatre, they are included in the hire.

Meeting Rooms

From inspired brainstorming sessions to accessible breakout spaces, the Museum has three versatile meeting rooms that can be utilised in a variety of ways. The Raymond and Beverly Sackler Rooms can be used as one large space, or separately with a sound proof temporary partition in place. Up to 90 delegates can be accommodated theatre-style when the rooms are combined, or 45 in each room separately. Classroom-style works well, as does cabaret-style in the two rooms together for up to 45 delegates
