Cancellation Policy

The Customer shall be entitled to cancel a booking by written notice to the Company but subject always to the
provisions of this clause 9. A confirmed booking shall only be treated as having been cancelled when the Company actually
receives written notification of the cancellation.

In the event of cancellation by the Customer up to 3 months prior to the commencement of the Hire Period the
Customer shall forfeit the Deposit. However if the Company is able to re-sell the relevant part of the Venue booked for the
Event the Company shall return to the Customer 50% of the Deposit paid by the Customer.

In the event of cancellation by the Customer at any time within 3 months of the commencement of the Hire Period, the
Customer shall forfeit the Deposit. If such cancellation takes place within 2 weeks of the commencement of the Hire Period
the Customer shall in addition remain liable to pay to the Company the balance of the total estimated cost for the Event.
