  • How do I book with Venuebility?

    It’s simple, you just register online. Once you have found a suitable venue, you can request a booking online.
    Some venues can be secured and paid for online, others will discuss and approve your booking to ensure all smaller details are covered. We will guide you through the process and keep you updated on the status of every booking.

  • Can I amend my booking?

    Each venue has their very own cancellation policy which we support. You can find this information on a venue’s page. If a booking needs to be amended, you can contact the venue through your very own messaging system in your Venuebility dashboard.

  • Can I visit the venue?

    Of course! If a venue accepts viewings, you can arrange this by contacting the venue through the Venuebility messaging system in your Venuebility account dashboard.

  • How many venues can I provisionally hold?

    We offer a maximum of three to give you plenty of time to obtain more information for your event detail.

  • How do I pay?

    Venuebility accepts all major credit cards and BACs transfers subject to approval.

  • Do I need to pay anything to Venuebility?

    No, it’s completely free for the event planner. Venuebility will charge the venue and supplier a commission on confirmed events introduced or booked via the platform.
