You will have access to your own venue dashboard where you can add and edit spaces and prices, manage leads, bookings and message customers through our secure system. You can show guide prices, precise time slots or seasonal pricing.

There are two options - manually through the module in your Venuebility dashboard - you can simply block the dates you want to make unavailable and also release dates. Or you can connect your own calendar through an API to automatically update the Venuebility calendar with your event bookings.

You can choose to allow online bookings or not.

Yes, all venues have the option to review enquiries. You will receive an email alert from us to visit your dashboard and contact clients by message to find out more. You can then send your usual proposal template or accept enquiries online if you have submitted accurate pricing for your space. You can decline any enquiries with the reject icon from your dashboard.

You can just showcase your venue, with or without dates and communicate with clients through the Venuebility platform, taking payment directly. The contract is always between you and the client.

You can decide - either your usual venue terms or Venuebility terms of 10 days, after which the dates are automatically released.

If a secondary event planner wants to book, the event planner holding the venue has 24 hours to action.

Yes, you can ‘invite’ all suppliers to list with Venuebility through the platform.

There is a commission payable for events introduced and confirmed by the Venuebility platform. For details of the fees please visit the policies and venues T&C’s section of the website.
